Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Place the carbon-neutral knitwear in its original reusable packaging, ensuring all tags and the NFC 'Remedy' tag remain attached.

Print & Post

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

Refund or Exchange

Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5 business days.
