Each Sheep Inc. garment comes with a unique NFC tag located on the hem. Simply scan it with your smartphone to see the full life-cycle history and the specific farm where your wool originated.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer carbon-neutral worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery times vary by region, usually arriving within 3-7 business days.
How should I care for my merino wool knitwear?
Merino wool is naturally self-cleaning and odor-resistant. We recommend airing out your garment between wears. If washing is necessary, hand wash in cold water with a wool-safe detergent and lay flat to dry.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Exchanges are free of charge to ensure you find the perfect fit for your sustainable wardrobe.
Are your products truly carbon-negative?
Yes. Through regenerative farming practices and renewable energy in our supply chain, we remove more CO2 from the atmosphere than is produced during the entire manufacturing process.
